That's not sounding good.  Has this to do with anything with the CEO being gone for a number of weeks?  Is it a major shake-up that the current CEO does not want to do given that I guess all these items were put in place under his watch / or were allowed to continue after the merger. 

They did say personal reasons for CEO being out or was that just a means to move him out slowly and have him leave on his own terms rather than being fired?  Lots of unknowns and hopefully the year end reporting will have more definition / update on these items even if just a line in the report that tough measures have been completed......
