Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. I think their was actually 25 million warrants created.

Oh and JJJPdec.5-2013, Spectral was claiming close to 2 billions in potential market size only a few short months ago. Your post really carrys wieght now !
