As I understood it, the CEO also differentiated Brodbase from others by saying that Broadbase had a product-oriented package, while all Broadbase's competitors approached the business through consulting services. Also Broadbase plans to grow largely "organically", and not by acquisitions.
Watching the interview I felt a bit depressed being stuck on CDNX. The excitement on NASDAQ is contagious and would force a company like ANC into a far more agressive PR and marketing strategy.
