The shareholders of WANTED approved, at the annual shareholders' meeting held on December 5th, 2013 the re-election of Meredith Amdur, Tim Baskerville, Jean Énault, André Forest, and Bruce Murray as members of the Board of directors. The Board also elected Tim Baskerville as Chairman, succeeding Andre Forest who stepped down from his role as Chairman and will remain a member of the Board. In light of the recent resignation of a Board member, the Board, currently consisting of five members, will be seeking a replacement to bring the number of members back to its customary level of six.
