RE:RE:RE:$56 Million needs to be paid out to all shareholdersWartberger...What is up with you???

If you are not interested in a dividend, that is fine, its your choice. But other shareholders are interested in a dividend and are trying to be prepared and organized as a group to demand a vote if mamagement does not intend paying the whole amount out.

Why? because management has done nothing to create shareholder value, and it was reflected in the share price i.e. below 3 cents. (take a good look at the financials)

You know, (or you should know) that management will not tell you or anyone else individually, their intentions. And why should we wait until its too late to get organized as shareholders.

Those not interested, stay out, do nothing, wait quarter after quarter in hope. I wish you the best.

However, do not get upset with those who have every right as shareholders who want to ensure this huge amount is not spent, without being rewarded, and just keep waiting in hope and watching the value of their shares drop.
