Did not realize it was that bad.  I really thought it was turning around at least on the surface.  Stock price pretty well sitting at it's low since the merger and with a great portion of the shares owned by employees, from what I can tell, they control the price of the shares traded.  I guess we'll know if the company is getting better just by the move in stock price.  Based on that and what has been written here on the turmoil inside....can't see a profit for last year at all.
