Another  short form????

Hopefully managment  has  learne from the  last 3  short  form offerings   that  short  form is  not  the  way to raise  funds.
The  same  market  run up preceeded  the  last  couple  short  forms.

Now the  float  has been  consolidated, and  likely  funds  will be required.
I,m holding off  jumping  back in untill I see  what managments next  move is.

If they  finance at  say  firm 20 cents... I  buy it  back.

If they  anounce another  short  form I  wait till  it  consolidates  yet  again.
