Oiltar, I have no problem with your NPV, cashflow, IRR, and payback analysis. The majors are looking for 50+ million tons comparing CH6 20 millions. They plan to stay in production for minimum 10 years. Yes, it is a Red Lake in Diamonds here. High value and low cost with limited mine life. The initial cash outlay to construct this mine is about $700 million with NPV of $1.5 billion. $750 million should be the market cap to start with, or $6/share comparing current $0.48/share. Again, I do see this unusual trend developed from Diavik to Baffin. If Geo proves my "imagination", there is a possibility for PGD to grab those pinks within 30 km radius of CH6.
