RE:RE:Scaling INWhat makes it different this time? For the first time in years insiders are loading up. I can't remember the last time Energulf had an over subscribed private placement. Are these developments bearish things in your view? I'll be the first to admit that Energulf's track record for getting things done is quite dismal but it should be apparent to most that something is in the works for the coming year.
