RE: FUU shares

RE: FUU sharesThis is just a fluffy guess I'm sure others on here can come up with a better breakdown. "On completion of the Arrangement, each Fission shareholder will hold: (i) one new common share of the Company post-Arrangement; and (ii) one common share of Fission Spinco (a "Fission Spinco Share"). So one common share of spinco for each common share of fcu held. Shares outstanding is roughly 153 million. Amw fell by roughly 10 % after the spinco was removed ( I know many value fcu spinco at a higher value, but that's speculation) As of right now 10 % of fcu is 10 cents and 10 cents x 153 million shares is a market cap of roughly 15 million. I know just fluff, but the numbers seem reasonable, I would appreciate input from those with a more formal background. Thanks GiveMESomeRoom
