Alderon market cap 200 million

Is alderon really worth twice that of nml? I doubt it but at this point the market does. Investors have lost all faith in the people in charge and it's time for a shake up! Why are current investors not taking a more aggressive stance? Getting rid of the current management would do wonders for the sp imo.
