Ontario Government cancelled 2 gas power plants and they thought they owe $250 MM, now that cost is 4 times higher around $1 Billion. Government of Alberta can not avoid the full payment, it is in their law books. If they company does not want to play nice AOS can take them to court for millions in lost revenue. 

These shares are very chip compared to near future value, I think there is a reason for all the bashing. GL
