The Company owns over 221 hotels with approximately 37,000 rooms or suites located in over 36 states, in the District of Columbia, Ontario, Canada and San Juan, Puerto Rico. It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

New opportunities for partners to provide strategic services to prospective customers and Sandvine’s current customer base of 250+ operators

Waterloo, ON; December 10, 2013 – Sandvine, (TSX:SVC) a leading provider of intelligent broadband network solutions for fixed and mobile operators, today announced that Sandvine’s Global Channel Partner Program now includes partners in 70 countries across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific regions. Sandvine’s Global Channel Partner Program includes leading edge local and international telecommunication organizations such as: CIS Group, Core2Africa, SMS Global Technologies and Wisespot.

Sandvine’s Global Channel Partner Program recently launched an Engineer Accreditation Program that enables solution architects and advanced support engineers to install and commission Sandvine products. This program introduces a path for qualified Sandvine partners to move beyond reselling products into professional service delivery to increase their revenues in the short and long term. Over the twelve months up to August 31, 2013, Sandvine earned approximately $75 million in revenue through its global channel partners.
