Markneal is no one other than a fellow investor who contributed a ton of valuable D.D. to the board earlier this year. Check his past postings for some good information on FAS if you don't already have lots.
He is invested quite heavily in FAS, attended the AGM this spring and reported what went on back to this board, and is to go to FAS's headquarters in England this August to speak with management and take photos.
Aside from that I can't tell you anything else about the guy. He certainly doesn't move this stock either way but is a valuable source of info when he does post. I believe he is currently travelling across the country right now on vacation.
