and thats what it would be...a disbursal...NOT a dividend.
Dividends are paid out from when a company earns money.
The 36 cents coming in is a compensation for an investment loss in Clearwater;
so its the company's money coming back to them only.

Logic would say that if there is 36 cents per share more in the company treasury then the stock valuation should rise accordingly. Well dream on, thats not the way the market works, especially for small venture exchange companys.
