RE:RE:RE:slowly inching back up....I am pretty new to level II. By smooth sailing i mean that it will move through 0.61c to 0.66c faster than 0.58c to 0.60c. There is 80k of shares in the first bin, and only 18k in the second one.
Am I misunderstaing level II somehow???
