How can anybody come on this board and say they support current management with this money, when they didn't raise it and haven't given us any clue about what they would intend to do with it?

I am in support of a dividend paid to all investors when the money comes in and forcing the directors to get shareholder input on how the money is used. 


Current management had us tied up in Africa in June of 2013.  Before they knew this money would come in.  If we declare a dividend of $0.20 per share, the company is still left with more money than they had in June of 2013.  So they can still proceed with their projects and they are better off to do so.  It makes the most sense.

The poster that doesn't want a dividend?  You can plow it back into the company if you believe in it so much and buy my shares.
