The question is IF you can trust the financials.  And as I mentioned in yesterdays post their properties are in secondary markets where if a group of their properties were put up at once for sale that would drive the true value down. Just can't rely on the stated value. Have to hope the yield is safe. 
I agree on the tax loss selling as I am considering that as well, but frankly there is not a lot of interest from any other group either acquirers, shorters, traders.  This would be a painful stock to trade with these low volumes. 
Unfortunately, we as unitholders are like the deer caught in the headlights, frozen unable to make a move either way.  My past experience brain says get out now!, but the , this will get better brain says stick around.
At the end of the day if they can't control the cash flow and make it positive then the Net value of the properties will gradually be diminished.  You really hope they can get the bleeding stopped soon.
None of the real analysts or reit funds would touch this with a 10ft pole and maybe some are trying to get out before it really all falls apart.
