RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:headed to bankruptcy?Good to see institutional holdings are  steady and actually up some. Rallycat, before you mentioned short interest, do you have the latest numbers as in total shares shorted and as of what date? 

I am tempted to buy at $.67 but I will stick with the bonds.  Like I said before,  Bonds at 30 cents now are a no brainer.  I would say decent to good chance they get repaid so you make over 200% and worst case I can't see losing much here as again worst case (CCAA) the bonds should get at least 20-30 cents on the dollar.  In fact a study showed the average was 30-60 cents range for unsecured debentures coming out of chapter 11  ( usa equivalent to CCAA here canada).  Anyone remember Nortel bonds, they were down at 15 cents and  were eventually paid out around 70 cents if I recall.
