PGD not interested in finding partner?

PGD not interested in finding partner?I was reading a copy of Nunatsiaq news during lunch and came across an article I had never seen before. Which was weird because I frequent the website all the time.

It said that Peregoodoff said:

"We're not looking for anybody to partner up at this stage." " I think this is potentially a company maker (referring to CH-6) and we're in a very advantageous position to have sole ownership of the project"

I cant find any copy of it online so I took pictures of the article with my camera if anybody cares enough to want proof just send me a private message with an email address and I will forward the pictures.
