maybe I don't understand the subtlety of your post ,but, right now they were/and "possibly" are trucking oil either to Turkey ,or,trucked to a working station online such as Taq-Taq field. This is a cost and a deduction from profits.If they can ship through pipeline costs would be down and Maybe they won't have to "possibly" truck any oil that the KRG will permit.
