Some thoughts

Some thoughts1) Most likely the company will sell some non-core assets at the begining of 2014 and raise money to cover the needs. I think this method is much easier and feasible considering they have some much fixed assets and undeveloped land. Boosting up the production volume is the key if the company want to turn around or sell it at a reasonable price. Therefore, I agree with the managment decision that propose the well modifications.

2) Currently, I don't think the company will find a buyer who will be willing to offer a reasonable price due to the recent situation ( the potential buyer not only need to pay for the assets but also likely to cover the modification costs). Considering the amount of undergrand resources, I don't think right now is the best time to sell the company.

3) The current share price is so low, I think there will be some funds who sold parts or most in the previous two weeks and two months buy in from today to december 24.  It might go up 1 to 5% tomorrow however, it will continue stay below 0.20 for at least another two weeks which depend on how the daily volume goes. The share price will eventually go up above 0.20 once those funds suck up enough blood. I think we will still see some high volume trading from today to the begining of 2014.

4) In the long run, perhaps one year,  I think the company will complete the modification and will be succeed to boost up the production. however, i think the price trend is unpredictable and I have tons of this sucker and not going to sell any soon.

Just some thoughts, Please be gentel for your comments. Particular to the vitims like me :(
