With respect to the 400k shares for Dec 4, 13, Brett Wilson did not purchase new shares, he simply changed the nature of the ownership, see below.

It does look like he did purchase 66k shares on Dec, 13 at $7.48, well above market prices as part of some purchase/ownership plan. Doesn't look like a very wise plan.
