A bit of news on the SEC V Zhao case
Some time ago I posted a notice saying that the SEC would notify the judge in mid December as to the status of their case as it relates to the Hague service attempts of paperwork to Ming Zhao in China and that they still could use their non-judicial powers.. This notice was posted on time and indicated a further 3 month delay in the case as they wait for?????? The answer to that is a mystery to me..but it looks like they are either stalling, or are building a record to use when they (the SEC) finally uses it's non-judicial powers.
