I have learned to adjust my sentiment about management who promise us retail investors that they are focused on doing everything in their power to increase the share price and company value.  RB taught me that decisions are made WITHOUT any consideration for retail investor loyalty or short term fluctuations in the SP. Therefore, what you and I may think prudent for Orbite to do in order to maximize the rise in the SP to benefit the shareholders is simply not on their Agenda. I repeat, when it comes to announcements by government for funding and the signing of agreements, it is the GIVER or LENDER of the funds, that is the government who decides when to do so irrespective of what is in the best interests of us shareholders.
