RE:RE:RE:RE:Another devolution article
RE:RE:RE:RE:Another devolution articleyou are entitled to your opinion for sure.
here are my positives on MGM:
1-they have almost 1 TCF of gas already discovered and waiting on a pipeline decision. These large reserves are ideal for LNG exports since they are big delivery wells that can supply lots of gas over a long time without constatnly drilling more and more wells as in shale gas.
2-the nat gas in the Mckensie will be developed, it's jsut a question of when
3-the MVP pipeline will be build again it's a question of time
4-over 40% of MGM is owned by Paramount resources, a very successful and long tem planning company
5-the Canol shale is real and MGM owns land in good locations along side major oil companies who are spending big bucks to discover and develop it
6-MGM will sign a JV deal with a major O&G company sometime in 2014
sure as investors in MGM we are speculating on many things, but we are not speculating on the amount of resources in the ground under MGM's land.
so the resources are real, the demand for LNG is real all means that one day MGM will be a producer and a big producer, i.e. 100-200 MMCF/d, which anint chicken feed.
so is buying today at 0.15 a good plan and then waiting for things to develop in 1-2-10 years to get huge rewards?
if you are a longer term investor, I think MGM is a great bet, but you are right, we are betting that the resources will be developed one day down the road.
I'm long and I'm biased, so DYODD
