With respect to the 509.3k shares by John Wright at $5.46. I didn't think the shares traded over $5.30 on Thursday, the 12th. I suspect this is an average price of purchases over the last week.
We noticed that 150k insider shares were purchased last Friday, and a bunch more during the week that have not yet been filed, so likely this explains them.

No matter this is a very large purchase and at least tells me there is no undisclosed bad news that we need to worry about.
