RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:newsAD had mentioned that the $3 mil loan could not be used for startup costs as per the terms.  Maybe this $600,000 is enough to satisfy those terms and get another $3 mil for equipment?  That might make investing the large amount needed a little easier.
