NML's Scalping Indians vs NML's Chicken Indians The Uncle Tom Indians own 20% of the NML Labmag deposit, with a royalty. I see no mention of the Uncle Tom Indians owning any of the NML Kemag deposit. To date there has been no clear indication of which deposit, Labmag or Kemag would be most economically feasible to develop, if indeed either was developed. Its hard to envision Tata and NML electing to develop a project 20 % owned by a 3 rd party when its a tossup as to which of the 2 projects appears to be most economical. This opens up a scenario where NML and Tata could be faced with Indians as mad as hornets if they feel screwed and tricked.
Tata- NML may have observed that the scalping endeavors of the Uncle Tom Indians for the last 150 years have been limited to ticket sales at the Annual Caribou Games. I suggest that if those Indians feel they have been screwed, they might revert to more fundamental scalping. Tata indians based on historical fact can be likened to Chicken Indians. The only military operation in memory conducted by India, was an underhanded adventure on a neigboring Island where India betrayed its own people in their quest for a Homeland. My prediction. When it comes to the New Millenium Iron ore Range and the NML Taconites: The Uncle Tom Indians may prove far more formidable than the Tata Indians from India.
