I HAVE TWO QUESTIONS??

Can someone help me out here?

In the event that the lawyers put the "kybosh" on and prevent his takeover, is there a cancellation fee? I have not read any mention of a cancellation fee.
Also too, the last I looked, the SP of UNS was at $58.69 which is below the takeover price that Fortis has offered....why is this?

Disclosure, I have FTS and am not amused that the SP has fallen.
