You invested to make a big hit and when it went the other way you wanted some guarantee to back your investment. If you were unhappy with management instead of whining you should have been selling. You problem is being so emotionally tied to this stock you would not have sold if it had gone to $100 and probably would still be complaining. Take responsibility for your own investment.
