Some people here have joined with others in seeking to get the board of directors to confirm in a press release that they are going to ask for shareholder approval on what to do with the money, when it is received.  We are over 5% as required, to force that to a shareholder vote.  We want to work with management as opposed to doing this in a hostile way, if possible.  Our group is going to ask for a vote on what happens to the money.

If the company issues a press release saying they will put this to a vote, you know that they are responding to investors.  If they do not, then our group is going to force a vote.
