RE:OPEN PIT AND SURFACE RIGHTSLook at slide 23 of the newest presentation. Rio Alto has already bought and own the land for the second stage pit. Also, there are several open pits on this land already and there is no community opposition at all. No additional land purchase is needed for phase 2.

Look at the slide, the pit for phase 2 looks smaller than the current existing oxide open pit. It's not big.

The land to be purchased by Rio Alto is for Phase 3 waste dump and tailing site, not for a pit.

The EIA for phase 2 should be announced by the end of this month. We're also waiting for the feasibility study in Q2 2014.
