RE:RE:A little bit more realityWell to be honest I had completely forgotten about my 4700/7000 estimate and I wont take that much credit for it , since I could just as easily forecast that the price of gold will be somewhere between $1000 and $3000 on xmas day. Of course compared to some of the 10/12/15/30,0000 ounce estimates, perhaps my projections aren't that bad at all. I agree 100% that one of Strathconas major issues was having ANY Cleo in the bulk sample. If their mandate was to confirm the validity of the geological model , they would have been seriously delinquent not to object. I can accept your statement that PVG never claimed to have Cleo within the bulksample. However, it was from examination of one of the xcut plans that were published by PVG that gave me the definite impression that there was indeed some of Cleo in the BS. Exactly how much was impossible to ascertain. For a mining professional like myself , I need a lot of plans and sections to make reasonable projections of what will be derived from any area of a mine. The claim that there is 1000 tonnes of Cleo already in bags makes me suspicious as well. I'm not saying they don't have 1000 tonnes of highly mineralized rock ready to ship . but what percentage is Cleo and what percentage is global ore is uknown. Once again if I had to guess, Id say 20%Cleo and 80% Cleo, which as per my previous arithmetic might provide 1080 ounces.
