RE:RE:RE:RE:shareholder meetingLooks like it's a battle between 2 institutions, Sprott Toscana (backing the current board) and FrontFour. Niether, a substantial shareholder to have full control, in my opinion.
I wish, they would get alone and allow FF and others a seat or two. Instead, there is a meeting called, tons of paper printed and mailed, legal and other consultants and fees - all at the expense of shareholders.
It's a penny stock now and trading volume has dried out as if there are no other large shareholders willing to speak out and take sides.
I have quite a few shares (6 digits) and I havent decided how to vote, if at all. I need more clarity from FF. Like politicians they are pouring dirt on each other. What I want to hear is 'This is what we are going to do if elected'.
