Who do you think will be on the hook for these pipelines? So far WZR has spent about $ 400 million in Kurdistan and they have production capability of about 2000 bopd. They won't build pipelines until a lot of good things have occurred with respect proving reserves that can be produced. They are having trouble doing that!
