1. The KRG I would think should pick up the tab...

2.  No...S-1 was delivering 5-6000 bopd into the market prior to being shut down and if a workover has been done it may be up to 10,000 bopd and if you add your 2000 bopd which I'm guessing is from Kurdamir you should be looking at 8-12,000 bopd...naturally more is better...so hopefully H-1 & B-1 will add to that....plus whatever Gazprom finds

3.  They've proved up the gas which can be sold into the EU, so building an oil piepline next to a gas pipeline should be a no brainer. Plus...the oil is ~37-42 API...so I suspect that that will be needed to mix in with the oil from the north...which is much lower API
