1) The KRG will not pick up the tab .... they likely will participate to the extent of the working interest they control.
2) S Jeribe .... 5000 bopd x 40%= 2000 bopd. They don't have anything else. The KRG MIGHT NOT let them do a work over ... there are risks doing stuff like that!
3) They are not going to produce the gas cap.
