RE:RE:RE:Front Four Capital Responds

RE:RE:RE:Front Four Capital RespondsOwnership info can be found on MSN Money and Morningstar. In looking over the last couple of months I have never seen FF listed. Presumably this is because transparency is not a virtue of hedge funds. There is a write up in the Calgary Herald that includes comments from a Dundee analyst. Analyst Brian Kristjansen of Dundee Capital Markets wrote in a note to investors that replacing directors could interrupt the strategic review process started by Renegade last April. “Ultimately, the replacement of the existing board will likely delay the strategic review process and result in the immediate vesting of incentive shares (two per cent dilution) should a change of control be enacted, though the existing board may not arrive at any timely solution either,” he pointed out. https://www.calgaryherald.com/business/energy-resources/Renegade+urges+investors+reject+dissident/9284933/story.html?__lsa=dd03-4b9c As well I noticed that Frontfour was involved in a similar situation in the spring of 2011 with a communications company. https://www.bizjournals.com/seattle/news/2011/04/21/fisher-frontfour-fracas-escalates.html Frontfour's document might come out next week according to the article. It would make sense to see what they are proposing before making any decisions.
