RE:dennisc3My understanding is the meeting MEM has requested is NOT part of the standard permitting process....especially I would think for a gravel pit! I don't think this was a requirement even for Ascot's final 3 million/ton a year permit. Might want to ask Bruce Graff about that one! It is also my understanding that Micon has advised HBK to appeal the decision of the MEM Smithers office!! How long it will take to sort out this situation...I really don't know. I do think; however, in time it will all get sorted out between HBK, MEM and other stakeholders. I do not think it is correct to blame HBK or its consultants over this curveball dished out by MEM!!!
