I can see this as being perceived as a threat to the dermatologists as it would potentially (long term) decrease their workload. If they are cleared of their backlog by nurses using the Aura they might be collectively put out of a job per se. That is, they would only have to work on the patients that actually have an issue.

It's like GP's see patients and 90% of them really aren't sick (or at least don't really need to see a doctor). If people could have a guaranteed "non-doctor" diagnosis from some new tool I'm sure you'd see the doctors not supporting that tool either. It's taking their bread and butter away.
