It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

Hmmm, there is an addendum to the meeting, received by mail this afternoon:

It covers in depth the proposed PP and its effects upon the Company and directors.

I find interesting, in part (paraphrased): The Company intends to use approx. 75% of the net proceeds from the PP to further develop the McGarry Mine Project, including test stoping and definition drilling, to fund the exploration program on the Company's mineral properties and approx. 25% of the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Was my understanding their focus would be the old Kerr property.

I'm not longer a share holder.  But this could turn out to be a decent play if you hold sufficient shares to survive the rollback.  I will wait a year of so down the road before even considering  buying back in.
