Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders on Sept. 12, 2013, Columbia Yukon Explorations Inc. has consolidated its capital on a 1:10 basis. The name of the company has not been changed.

Effective at the opening on Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013, the common shares of Columbia Yukon Explorations will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. The company is classified as a nature resource exploration/development company.
