law suits

law suits
I've seen this many times before, usually in the US.  It seems that a bunch of law firms troll for business by offering their services for class action law suits to drum up business.  I remember watching one takeover that resulted in numerous law firms calling for action but nothing came of it; the takeover went through.  Fortis is offering a decent premium so I don't think there is much to worry about.
