RE:KitcoExcellent news!  This could really be the start of an uptrend.  Plus the GOM is being criticized on all sides. They had their attempt at populism and resource nationalism and it failed.  The country's economy is not in good shape.

Hopefully, cooperation, signed agreements, Phase 1 production and Phase 2 exploration will follow.
