Are you not concerned?
Are you not concerned? I posted on this previously and no one thought it warranted a reply, so I will try it again.
Does it not concern you that the notes, which are at the top of the food chain, are trading at close to one tenth of their stated value--85 million in notes have market cap of $10.3 million.
Whereas the shares are valued at roughly $30 million and rank behind the notes. Furthermore, the interest on the notes can be payable in shares which will be incredibly dilutive and that interest is due at month end.
I am not trying to rain on the parade, but either the notes are very undervalued or the shares are over valued. Any thoughts.
