Its other projects include The El Creston molybdenum property, which is 175 kilometers south of the United States Border and 145 kilometers northeast of the city of Hermosillo; Molybrook, which is located on the south coast of Newfoundland, and Ajax, which is located 13 kilometers north of Alice Arm, British Columbia.

Great thanks DEH1 for detail guidance and this helped me to get close to my decision and understand this deal better...One more......Is that not they offered 13 cents instead 10 cents ?
what is that 13 cents number /share ?

when this deal will close ? if I dont sell then can I get 13 cents for my each share automatically @ closing ? I do have more then 200K shares and loosing lots of money so just trying to see if I can recover 6K more to wait for official closing @ 13 cents instead selling now @ 10 cents.
