Great question: my opinion is AVT will show some life when there is more certainty around permits and funding. Clearly a successful DEC 18th meeting will contribute to that..............how much? who knows. The more certaintly, the more the stock can respond. And hopefully that's up, not down. Do I understand we have to wait until April to get a permit hearing?
