MM-120 is also being studied in a subperceptual repeat administration dosing regimen for the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). MM-402, also referred to as R(-)-MDMA, is the Company's form of the R-enantiomer of 3,4-methylenedioxymethampheta (MDMA), which the Company is developing for the treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Your using the Brigus outstanding shares in your math to get the .039. Use the Spinco float. There is a cash value of .39/share. I asked for opinions on Spinco market cap because I was looking for some ideas of the dollars / ounce in the ground we might get for Goldfields in the current gold environment.
