Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Did they simply fleece  investors into taking out a loan to use it for other expenditures ?

If they never used it to purchase the licenses where did the money go and more importantly why did they have to sell property NKL/WG!?

Simple answers:
1) To pay John Lee's $525k "severance".  Without checking, I believe it was $525k.
2) Keep the company afloat.  They have been negative cash flow for the longest time.  Do you know what their monthly burn rate is?
